valley of the river Alma, framed by the gentle slopes and the
Macchia Mediterranea.
The farmhouse is surrounded by a well-cared garden and the olive

CASA FOLLONICA
(60 sq.m., 4 pers.)
 This
small house is ideal for a small family, composed of 2 adults
with 1 or 2 kids. It is situated in the centre of the seaside
resort Follonica. It has an own parking (electric gate) as well
as a garden with table and chairs. Not to
forget: there are mountain bikes for free use available, very
comfortable to move in the town or to reach the beach. However,
the beach and the pedestrian precinct can be reached on foot in
about 5 minutes. A grocer's shope is just around the corner. In
Follonica there are both free beaches and bathing resorts, where
you can rent during the summer months beach umbrella with
sunbeds. From Casa Follonica you can reach the train station in
less than 5 minutes walking, from where you can easily reach by
train Pisa/Florence and Rome. This means that you can easily
arrive by plane without the need renting a car, but using only
public means and to move on foot.
